It is mostly meant to spell out the details of your compensation plan as they relate to the system. This wording is very important. Take time to review and schedule a call to ask questions about any part. When acceptable, sign and return.

Seventh, you share site design requests with their designers. A design document may be provided and require approval, sign and return. Stay in communication with the MLM Software Provider during the development process, responding as quickly as possible.

Eighth, when the site goes live, begin placing basic content items, such as About Us, FAQ, Founders, etc. Also make sure you prepare and provide the Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, Privacy and other policies.

Ninth, contact your Merchant Provider to make application for a merchant account.

Tenth, locate and purchase an SSL for your site.

Eleventh, when MLM Software Provider is complete, be quick about scheduling training on use of the system.

MLM Binary Plan

The binary compensation structure is basically an unlimited depth, two-wide matrix. You can place only two people in your first level. Everyone else goes beneath those people. Binary commissions are earned by accumulating a specified amount of sales volume. This sales volume may accumulate over an unlimited period of time.

There is no depth limit in the binary plan. Every sale will accumulate toward a specified amount of sales volume requirement. The number of levels between you and a given recruit is not important. The factor determining whether you get a commission from that person is not what level he/she is on, but rather how much commissionable sales volume is generated in the levels between you and that person.

Each tracking position is divided into a left and right, and the binary plans issue commission earnings based on a pre- defined match of sales volume. There are no group volume requirements or quotas. Binary plans require legs to be balanced.
